I have been trying to buy Nozzle Kit (0.4mm, M5/M5C) for months now, for my printer bought in Oct 2024 and has only around 28 hopurs of print time. Today Anker customer services advise that there are no plancs to restock the nozzles, rendering a £400 product scrap metal... Disgraceful

According to the ONE shipment email I received, the PLA filament and the silicon heat block covers (which arrived) were shipped separate from the nozzles. I have yet to receive ANY communication about the 10 pack nozzles, let alone have them in hand. ALL attempts to email via the webpage have ended in the website locking up or resetting the email form, from various devices and computers.
