AnkerMake Warranty Policy


 AnkerMake provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible.Please refer to the policy below for the warranty timelines of various products, as warranty periods differ according to models. This limited warranty provided byAnkerMake in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

Holiday Returns Policy

AnkerMake has extended the Holiday Returns Policy for 2023.
Orders purchased between November 1st, 2023 and December 31st, 2023 are eligible for return until January 31st, 2024.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

The return and warranty policy outlined on this page applies exclusively to purchases made directly through online shops operated by AnkerMake. If you have purchased our products through a third party, the return and warranty terms may differ. The policy may also vary depending on the country of purchase due to different legal requirements and other considerations.

Undamaged products may be returned for a replacement orafull refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in AnkerMake’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

1. If thepackage has been unopened, AnkerMake will charge a return shipping fee.

2. If thepackage has been opened, AnkerMake will identify if the return is related to product quality.

  • Ifthe return is determined to be related to product quality, AnkerMake will replace parts and process return services for free, including:
    • If the product was damaged during transport, was rejected at the time of receipt, and the logistics company issued a damage certificate.
    • If the wrong product was received, or the product received is grossly inconsistent with the product description on the product page, including product performance parameters, or What's in the Box accessories.
    • For quality-related warranties, all replacements are warranted for the same warranty period as the original defective product.
  • If the return is determined to be a non-quality issue, the customer is responsible for paying for the replacement part, return shipping, andextra$15 in packaging costs.
3. For any missing parts, such as accessories, cables, or filament, AnkerMake will deduct the cost of the missing parts from the total refund amount.

AnkerMake Cannot Provide Returns in These Circumstances

  • Therequest for return is submitted 30 or more calendar days after receipt of the product.

  • The returned product is not in its original packaging with all accessories, cables, filament, manuals, gifts,etc.

  • AnkerMake identifies, through evaluation and testing, that the manufacturing defect(s) or functional problems have been caused by user error, or have no relation to product quality.

  • The return was not authorized.Shipping costs incurred by the customer will not be reimbursed, and product refunds will not be processed.

  • No original proof of purchase is provided, or the proof of purchase is forged or altered.

  • The product or package was damaged in transit, but it was not rejected upon the product received, and no picture or video proof of the damaged product (including packaging) was provided within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Products that are damaged after delivery due to external forces such as fire, floods, lightning strikes, traffic accidents, etc.

  • Repair services performed by unauthorized persons, or the installation of third-party equipment, such asmodified hardware structure andoverwrittenmachine firmware.

  • The damage is caused by failure to correctly fit, use, and operate the product according to the instructions.

Repair and Replacement Policy

  • AnkerMake will gladly repair or replace your product if we identify, through inspection or testing, that your product fails to function properly due tomanufacturing error, workmanship, or any other such causes aside from collision, water damage, or unauthorized disassembly of the product.

  • Please note that different series have varying warranty periods. 

  • If you purchase from AnkerMake'sauthorizeddistributor, the distributor will offer the warranty services accordingly.

  • Customers must provide sufficient proof of purchase, serial number, and issue description with proof.

Warranty Conditions

  • AnkerMake's limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped directly from an authorized online purchase.

  • If the wrong product(s) is returned to AnkerMake or if the defective product is not returned, the warranty on the replacement item(s) will be void.

  • If any of the original items or accessories returned to AnkerMake for refund or replacement are missing, we are entitled to reject your replacement request or charge corresponding accessory fees and extra operation costs.

AnkerMake Is Not Responsible For:

  • Data loss caused by using AnkerMake products.
  • Returning personal items sent to AnkerMake.

  • Any damage or loss that occurs during shipping, if the return is due to a non-quality issue. AnkerMake does not offer refunds if items are damaged in return transit.

  • AnkerMake reserves the final right of interpretation for the above service policy.

Warranty Durations

  • General3DPrinter Warranty Duration: 12 Months
AnkerMake M5 3D printer except consumable parts, filament, and gift warranties.
  • GeneralAccessories: 3 months
Consumable parts, including but not limited to nozzles,heat beds, and hot ends. “Consumables” are defined herein as disposable items, parts, or components of
AnkerMake M5, which are inherently subject to deterioration and wear out during the normal operation of AnkerMake M5.
a. For consumers, who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by AnkerMake's Limited Warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the rights described above.
b. For specific warranty terms and conditions, please refer to the quality guarantee card inside the package.
  • Filament
    Special consumable parts which have no warranty coverage.
    • Campaign Giveaways or Gifts
    No warranty coverage.


    Contact AnkerMake by email and provide the corresponding sales certificate andaproblem description.

    AnkerMake will attempt to diagnose and resolve your issue via email. AnkerMake may direct you to download and install specifichardware or update software.

    If your problem cannot be resolved by email, and the problem is covered under the terms of this warranty, AnkerMake will arrange for a replacement part.

    For warranty claims related to quality,new items will be sent. All replacements are warranted for the same warranty period as the original defective product.

    These steps describe the refund and repayment process:

    1. Contact AnkerMake support ( and provide:

      • Valid warranty certificate;

      • Ordernumber purchased throughtheAnkerMake official website;

      • Serial number;

      • Issue description, including pictures and videos to help identify the problem.

    2. ReturnedLabels:

    Once an agreement has been reached to return the 3D printer or other items, AnkerMake will send a return label to corresponding users or customers. This service is limited to residents of the United States and Canada only. For residents of the United Kingdom, contact delivery agents for shipping.

    Do not send back items that have not been authorized for return by AnkerMake.

    1. ReturnedOrders:

    Once received, AnkerMake will inspect the returned product.

    1. Refund or Replacement:

    If the product has quality problems and is received within 30 days of the customer's initial receipt, AnkerMake will provide return and exchange services. For residents of the United Kingdom, AnkerMake will refund return shipping fees. A receipt must be provided for a shipping fee reimbursement.
