Customer Referral Program Terms and Conditions
AnkerMake ("AM" or "We") offers brand supporters ("Referrer" or "You") the opportunity to participate in its referral program (the "Program"). We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time, for any valid reason. The Program is administered by AnkerMake. . 
By participating in the Program, Referrers agree to use the Program in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy in their entirety, you are not eligible to register as a Referrer or to participate in the Program in any other manner. Referrers may not participate in the Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations. 
We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We also reserve the right to disqualify any Referrers from participation in the Program at any time if we determined that you violated our Terms and Conditions or otherwise fails to comply with any applicable laws and regulations(including, but not limited to failure to include any disclosures as required by the FTC or otherwise required by AnkerMake). 
Subject to the terms and conditions, the top Referrers with the most cumulative new-invited registration win a prize from AnkerMake.
I. How the Program Works 
  1. To be "Eligible," a Referrer must be: (i) a legal resident of the United States of America or Canada; and (ii) at least 18 years old. 
  2. The sign-up email address must be real and verifiable. AnkerMake will send a verification email to the email address you provided to verify your identity. Share your referral link by email, Facebook, or Twitter(include others) to refer a friend.
  3. Referrers and Referred Friends must have or create a valid AnkerMake account. Referred Friends must be the first-time registrant of AnkerMake. Creating an AnkerMake account is free, and subject to the Site's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, both of which are hereby incorporated by reference.
  4. By participating in this Referral Program, you agree to receive emails from AnkerMake related to this Referral Program (even if you may have opted out of marketing emails from AnkerMake previously).
  5. This referral program participation period will begin on March 7th, 2022, and conclude on April 8th, 2022. AnkerMake will announce the winners via email on May 22nd, 2022. 
  6. The cash prize will be deliveredvia PayPal.
  7. Referrers have options to redeem the prize. If Award-winning Referrers want to redeem the prize, Referrers will need to purchase at least one AnkerMake's 3D Printer Perk at www.kickstarter.com between April 6th, 2022 and April 8th, 2022(the prize claiming period).
  8. The Referral Prize is set by AnkerMake in its sole discretion and is subject to change at any time.
  9. Award-winning Referrers can claim the prize by purchasing at least one AnkerMake's 3D Printer Perks at www.kickstarter.com during the prize claiming period. Award-winning Referrers who do not make a purchase during the prize claiming period shall be deemed to have automatically abandoned their prizes.
  10. The top 10 users who invite most friends to sign up at AnkerMake will receive grand prizes.  
  11. Subject to the terms and conditions, All users participating in the Program will be eligible to win a grand prize.
    1. 1st Place Award-Winner will receive a $2,000 cash reward. The cash reward will be delivered up to thirty-one (31) business days from the delivery date of their original order.
    2. 2nd-4th Place Award-Winners will get an AnkerMake debut 3D printer. Prize shipment date will be announced at www.kickstarter.com..
    3. 5th-10th Place Award-Winners will get three (3) free boxes of filament (>$75 value).  Prize shipment dates will be announced at www.kickstarter.com.
    4. The first 1000 backers participants who invites three (3) or more friends can get one free box of filament ( >$25 value). Prize shipment dates will be announced at www.kickstarter.com. This prize can be combined with the grand prizes.
    5. Award-Winners who return or cancel their order after receiving the prize shall return the prize they received to AnkerMake’s warehouse.
  12. To claim this prize, users have to use the same registered email address for both the Kickstarter platform and the AnkerMake referral program. Users who cancel the order after purchasing during the crowdfunding period will be disqualified.
  13. The accurate cash reward payment will be exchanged to local currency with current exchange rates. AnkerMake is not responsible for any tax or tax consequences.
  14. If you are a resident of the United States, and your cash reward is over $600, we may collect your Social Security Number (SSN) for tax reporting purposes. 
  15. AnkerMake reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Referral Offer at any time for any reason. AnkerMake also reserves the right to not honor the outstanding offers, or any portion of them, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond AnkerMake’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the offer or the program, as determined by AnkerMake in its sole discretion. AnkerMake reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take action against anyone it finds to be tampering with the operation of the offer or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion. Any who engage in any Prohibited Uses or otherwise violate these terms and conditions, may be inhibited from claiming any future offer, or from using AnkerMake’s services altogether, in AnkerMake’s sole discretion. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the offer may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, AnkerMake reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
