1. Shipping Terms
Free shipping for orders over $40;
$5 fee for orders under $40.
2. Delivery Range
US: Shipping is available inthecontinental US. We currently do not ship tomilitary post boxes or the following regions:Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, andtheNorthern Mariana Islands.
3. Shipping Time
The average transit time is 3-7 business days. (Note:This does not apply to pre-order products. For these arrival times, please refer to your pre-order.)
Ourregular shipping schedule is Monday through Friday.Orders placed on holidays and weekends will ship thenext business day.Per industry standards, business days do not include weekends or holidays.
4. Shipping Methods
To ensure thequickest delivery time, we work withseveral carriers, including USPS, UPS, Amazon MCF, and FedEx.

Make sure orders have the correct name, address, and contact information, so items are delivered successfully.

Please inspect the package upon delivery. If it’s damaged or deformed, do not sign the delivery or open the package. In such cases,contacttheAnkerMakeSupport Team atsupport@ankermake.com.
6. FAQ
6.1 I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipmentnotification email.
6.2 Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. If you would like to changetheshipping address beforeshipping has begun, please contactthe AnkerMake Support Team atsupport@ankermake.com.
Note: If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. AnkerMake will not replace the order or issue a refund.
