Pre-Order Shipping Policy

    
1. How much will you charge me for shipping?
We currently offer free shipping on all orders.
    
2. When will I get my pre-order packages?
Please refer to the chart below for specific dates. Do note that pre-order packages will ship after all Kickstarter pledges are fulfilled.
   
    
3. When will I get charged?
You will be charged full price when you pre-order.
    
4. Are pre-orders available worldwide?
As of now, we support pre-orders in AustriaBelgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and the United States from the AnkerMake official store.
    
5. How can I check my orders?

We will also email you when the package ships from our local warehouse.
     
6. Can I change my ship to address?
If the pre-order item has not shipped from our local warehouse, we can change the shipping address. Please contact our Support Team at
support@ankermake.com. Please note that we are not allowed to modify shipping address once the order is partly or completely shipped out, so make sure the address you submit is correct.
    
7. What carrier service will be used? Can I change it?
US:
Orders will be shipped by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The local delivery time is 2-10 business days.
EU:
Orders will be shipped by DHL. The local delivery time is 2-5 business days.
UK:
Orders will be shipped by Hermes. The local delivery time is 2-4 business days.
CA:
Orders will be shipped by Amazon. The local delivery time is 3-7 business days.
If you have a preferred carrier, please contact our Support Team at support@ankermake.com. Do note that switching carriers will lead to an extra fee.
    
8. Can I cancel pre-orders? Will I be charged a cancellation fee?
Yes, your pre-order can be cancelled before the package is shipped from the local warehouse. No, you would not be charged a cancellation fee.
    
9. Will I be notified if pre-order shipping is delayed?
We strive to deliver any product as promised and fulfill our commitment to our valued customers. However, if there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
    
Note:
  • AnkerMake will not be responsible for extra delivery charges if delivery failures are caused by the consignee.
  • Please bear in mind that things out of our control could cause shipping delays, including natural disasters, wars, epidemics, maritime transport, strikes, etc.
  • Please inspect the package upon delivery. If it’s damaged or deformed, plesae do not sign for the delivery or open the package. In such cases, please contact AnkerMake support team atsupport@ankermake.com.
